Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Other payment options include PayPal.
Returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery (we will not be responsible for the shipping charges)
Should there be damage or loss to your shipment: We will issue a refund or offer a replacement piece if possible when picture of the damaged item is provided, and situation assessed.
If you'd like to return the item after you've received it, or cancel it after shipment, we will happily refund the full amount. However, we will not be responsible for the return shipping cost, and the item must be returned intact without any scratches or damages. Charges could apply for returned damaged items. Initial shipping charge will also be deducted from the refund as the item has already been processed beforehand.
If the item has failed to deliver as per the fault of the buyer, such as wrong address provided or never claimed from the delivering agent, shipping fee will be applied again if the item is still desired.
If a refund is requested after the fail delivery attempt, partial refund (total excluding shipping and handling charges) will be issued after the item has been returned to us by the delivering agent.
If the item is lost and cannot be returned to us, we will not be able to issue any refund.
If customer failed to receive the item when the tracking showed that the item has been delivered, we will not be able to mail you a replacement. Please contact USPS with the tracking number to see if they have misplaced it.
We accept cancellations.
But the order can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Once the item has been shipped and tracking number provided, the order can no longer be cancelled.
** The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays excluded. We will notify you if there are any delays. Please be advised that this is for production only and shipping times will need to be considered in addition to this.
Orders will ship via United Stated Postal Service (USPS) - from the state of New York in the USA, and will take about 3-5 business days for First Class mail (or less depending on the type of shipping you've purchased) to deliver.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US:
International orders take 2-4 weeks after shipment to arrive (even to Canada/Mexico). Or, if customs holds your package for inspections it can take up to 6 weeks.
Please note, even though we process all the international shipments with accurate information and details, sometimes (though rarely), there could still be custom fees or duties applied to the product upon delivery. Unfortunately, due to the unpredictability of such charges, we are unable to provide compensation. Thanks for your understanding.
If packages fail to be delivered due to reasons such as wrong addresses provided, non-claim by the buyer in post office specified time, rejection by the buyer, we will not be responsible for re-mailing the items. Additional shipping cost will apply if buyer would like the order to be re-processed after the item has been returned to us.
In the event that your package shows as delivered but you can't find it we advise the following actions:
Verify the shipping address
Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Look around the delivery location for your package
See if someone else accepted the delivery
Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
Contract your local USPS, in some rare cases, packages were shown as delivered but was actually still in USPS office.
Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival
Please note that, if tracking status indicates the item has been delivered by the USPS, we shall not be responsible to re ship the item or issue refund upon receiving claims from buyer that state otherwise. Please contact the USPS for additional information with tracking number provided.
If you'd like the delivery to be made before a certain date, please order early and taking into account our processing time as well as USPS delivering time. Please also give it a few more days in case the shipment has been delayed or we have encountered certain issues during production. We will try to process all orders ASAP but cannot guarantee them to arrive in a tight-last-minute-schedule.
